Submittal.App for Procore
Build submittal packages with AI. Send them to Procore Submittals in one click.

What it does
- Pick a Procore project and its submittal items.
- Submittal.App builds the full package: data sheets, cover page, and schedule.
- You review it. Then you publish it to the right submittal in Procore.
- When a reviewer returns the submittal in Procore, you see the status in Submittal.App.
Procore stays your system of record. We never move your data out of Procore for good.
Before you start
- You need to be a Procore company admin to install the app.
- You need a Submittal.App account. Make one at user.submittal.app.
Set it up

Install the app in Procore
Open the Procore App Marketplace and find Submittal.App. Click Install. Pick the projects Submittal.App may use. You can change this later. - 2
Connect your Procore company
Sign in to Submittal.App. Go to Settings → Procore and click Connect. - 3
Build a package
Open a project linked to Procore. Choose the submittal items. Submittal.App builds the package for you to review. - 4
Publish to Procore
Click Publish to Procore. The package is attached to the submittal. Nothing is sent to Procore until you click this.
What the app can access
The app only uses the projects you pick at install. It asks for these Procore permissions:

Your data is never shared with other customers or used to train AI models.
Disconnect or remove
In Submittal.App, go to Settings → Procore and click Disconnect. To remove the app fully, uninstall it in Procore under Company Admin → App Management.
