What it does
The Dashboard shows a quick snapshot of your active project. Click Dashboard in the left sidebar to open it.
What you will see
Start a submittal with AI
A card at the top helps you start fast. Click Open the Builder to go to the Submittal Builder. If you have no submittals yet, the card says Build your first submittal. Once you have some, it shows about how many hours you have saved.
Stats cards
Four cards show counts for the active project:
- Total Products — products in this project.
- Total Submittals — submittals you have made.
- Approved — submittals that were approved.
- Pending Review — submittals still waiting for review.
Recent Submittals
This list shows your 5 newest submittals. Each row shows the number, status, name, product count, and date.
- Click a row to open that submittal.
- Click View All to go to the Submittals page.
Procurement cards
These show only if the project has quotes or purchase orders.
- Quotes, Quote Value, Purchase Orders, and PO Value cards.
- Recent Quotes and Recent Purchase Orders lists. Click View All on either one to see more.
Common questions
Where did the Quick Actions buttons go?
They were removed. To import products or find cut sheets, go to the Products page. To build a submittal, click Open the Builder.
Why are my numbers zero?
The Dashboard only shows the active project. Check the project name at the top of the sidebar.
