What it does
The Email Agent is a built-in email client that connects to your Microsoft Outlook account. It provides a three-panel layout for reading, managing, and composing emails — with AI assistance for drafting replies.
Layout
- Left panel — email list showing inbox, sent, or draft messages. Each email shows the sender, subject, preview, and time.
- Center panel — full email view with the complete message body, attachments, and thread history. Includes a reply composer at the bottom.
- Right panel — AI chat assistant that can help you draft replies, summarize threads, and answer questions about email content.
Key features
- Switch between Inbox, Sent, and Drafts folders.
- Search emails by keyword.
- View full email threads (conversation view).
- Reply to individual messages or reply all.
- View and download email attachments.
- Set a sync window (how far back to load emails, for example last 30 days).
- Refresh mail with the refresh button.
