Switch Between Projects

What it does

The project switcher lets you move from one project to another. When you switch, every page shows the new project's data.

How to switch projects

1. Click the project switcher at the top of the left sidebar. It shows your current project and client. You can also press Ctrl+K (or ⌘K on a Mac).
2. A list opens. Your recent projects show under RECENT.
3. To find a project, type in Find a project…. You can also click All, Active, or Bids to filter the list.
4. Click the project you want. A check mark shows your current project.
5. The page reloads. The app now shows the project you picked.

Things to know

• The app remembers your active project. When you log back in, you return to it.
• The list hides archived, completed, and lost projects. To see them, click Manage projects → under the switcher.
• Dashboard numbers, products, submittals, documents, and procurement all change when you switch.
