Bulk actions let you change many products at once.
Select products
- Click the box on a product row.
- Hold Shift and click another box to select all the rows in between.
A dark bar shows up at the bottom of the screen. It shows how many you picked.
Bottom bar actions
- Clear — unselect all.
- Add to Group — put them in a group, new or old.
- Find Cutsheets — find a datasheet for each one. Pick one per product in one pass.
- Save to Library — save them to your company Library.
- Copy — make a copy. Works when you pick just one product.
- Delete — remove them. First, the app shows which submittals use them, so you can decide.
- Create Submittal — start a new submittal with these products.
Top buttons that use your selection
- AI Descriptions — Astra writes a short description for each one, from its part number and cut sheet. This replaces any old description. Click Write to start.
- Archive — hide them from the list. They stay in quotes, POs, and submittals.
- Set Quantities — fill quantities from Counts, Quotes, or Purchase Orders.
- Export — download just the selected products.
Common questions
Can I undo an archive?
Yes. Click Archived, check the products, and click Restore.
