The Products page lists every product on one project, so you can find, fix, and use them.
What it is
Click Products in the sidebar. The page is called Project Fixtures. It always shows one project, so pick a project first.

Find products
- Type in the Search... box.
- Use the Status chips: In PO, In Quote, In Submittal, and Drafts. Click once to show only those. Click again to hide them. Click a third time to turn it off.
- Use the Group chips the same way.
- Switch between the table and grid view with the two icons at the top right.
- In the table, click Columns to show or hide columns like Preview, Part Numbers, Quantity, and Description.
Each row has three small bars on the left. Green means done. They show if the product has a cut sheet, part numbers, and a quantity.
Quick view
Click a row to open a side panel. It shows a big cut sheet preview, the description, and details. From there you can:
- Write with AI (or Rewrite with AI) — Astra drafts a short description from the part number and cut sheet. Click Save to product to keep it.
- Edit product or Copy product.
- Find cutsheet or Generate cut sheet.
- Archive or Delete.
- Save to Library or Open product page.
Edit in the table
Double-click a product's title or manufacturer to edit the row. Or click the pencil (Inline edit all) in the part numbers cell. You can change the title, part numbers, and manufacturer. Press Enter or click the green check to save.
Click the copy icon (Copy all part numbers) to copy a row's part numbers.
Buttons at the top
- Add Product — add one product by hand.
- Import Products — let AI read cut sheets, packages, quotes, or schedules. See "Import Products."
- Import from cloud — pick PDFs from Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive.
- Add from Library — copy saved products into this project.
- Export — download your products. If you select some, only those export.
- Set Quantities — fill quantities from Counts, Quotes, or Purchase Orders.
- Archived — see products you hid.
Archive (hide) products
Archive hides a product from this list. It stays in your quotes, POs, and submittals.
- Check the products. Click Archive at the top.
- To bring them back, click Archived, check them, and click Restore.
Common questions
How do I work on many products at once?
Check the boxes. A bar shows up at the bottom. See "Bulk Actions on Products."
Archive or delete?
Archive just hides it. Delete removes it for good.
