AI Upload turns a document into punch list items in one step, so you do not have to retype them.
What you can upload
- Walkthrough notes or inspection reports (PDF)
- Marked-up drawing sheets
- Jobsite photos, even photos of handwritten notes (PNG, JPG, or WEBP)
- Punch spreadsheets (Excel or CSV)
Files can be up to 50MB.
How it works
- Go to Procurement and click the Punch List tab.
- Click AI Upload.
- Drop your file in the box, or click to pick it. The AI reads it. This usually takes under a minute.
- Check the list. Uncheck items you do not want. Fix titles. Change the severity.
- Click Create. The button shows how many items, like Create 12 items.
Nothing is added until you click Create. The AI picks a severity for each item, but you have the final say.

The list looks wrong. Can I try again? Yes. Click Start over and upload a clearer file.
