AI Upload turns a document into punch list items in one step. No retyping.
What you can upload
- Walkthrough or inspection reports (PDF)
- Marked-up drawing sheets
- Jobsite photos — even photos of handwritten notes
- Punch spreadsheets (Excel or CSV)
How it works
- Open the Punch List tab and click AI Upload.
- Drop your file. The AI reads it and lists every item it finds.
- Review the list. Uncheck items you don't want. Edit titles. Adjust severity.
- Click Create items. The items land on your punch list.
Nothing is created until you confirm. The AI suggests severity (Critical for safety issues, Low for cosmetic) but you have the final say.
