What each item has
- Title and description — what needs doing and where.
- Severity — Low, Medium, High, or Critical.
- Status — Open, In Progress, Resolved, or Closed.
- Comments and attachments — photos, notes, and discussion per item.
- Reminders — one-shot or repeating email reminders per item.
Working the list
- Add items one at a time with Add Issue, or many at once with AI Upload.
- Drag to reorder. Filter by severity or status. Search by text.
- Export a branded PDF report, or email the list to a contractor from the app.
