Your account is your email address. Each email can have one account. Your name and company name are just details on the account. They never cause a sign-up error.
Three ways to sign in
- Google: click the Google button. No password is needed.
- Microsoft: click the Microsoft button. No password is needed.
- Email and password: type the email and password you signed up with.
Always sign in the same way you signed up. If you signed up with Google, use the Google button every time.
"This email already has an account"
This means the email was used before, maybe by you on another day. You don't need a new account.
- If the message says the account signs in with Google, go to the sign-in page and click the Google button.
- If it says Microsoft, click the Microsoft button.
- Otherwise, sign in with your email and password. Forgot it? Click Forgot password? on the sign-in page to set a new one.
"This account signs in with Google" when using a password
Accounts made with Google or Microsoft have no password here. Click the Google (or Microsoft) button instead of typing a password.
Signing up with Google or Microsoft
Click the Google or Microsoft button on the sign-up page and pick your account. That is all. Your account is made and you go straight into the Submittal Builder. You can set your company name later in Settings → Profile.
