After an import on the full Import page, you check the products the AI found and pick which ones to keep.
What you see
A table lists each product it found, with these columns:
- Preview — click it to see the source page.
- Manufacturer
- Part Number
- Product Name
Some rows show small tags. Catalog means it matched our product catalog. Web means AI found it online. A % match tag shows how sure the match is. You may also see a spec section code.
Keep the ones you want
- Check the box next to each product you want. Use the top box to check them all.
- Click Save to Catalog to add them to your project's products. Products you already have are skipped.
- Or click Create Submittal to make a submittal from them right away.
Fix mistakes
You can't edit rows in this table. Save the products first. Then fix them on the Products page.
Past imports
Your past imports are listed under Import History. Click one to see its products again. Click the X on one to delete it.
