What it does
After AI extraction completes, the Review step shows all identified products in an editable table. This is your chance to verify, correct, and select which products to keep before saving them to your catalog.
What you see
Each extracted product row shows:
- Checkbox — select individual products for batch actions.
- Product Name — the identified product name.
- Part Numbers — extracted model or catalog numbers.
- Manufacturer — the identified manufacturer.
- Description — product description extracted from the document.
- Specifications — technical specs like wattage, voltage, dimensions.
Actions you can take
- Save selected to catalog — adds the checked products to your project's product catalog.
- Create submittal from selected — creates a new submittal containing the checked products.
- Edit inline — click on any field to correct or modify the AI's extraction.
Past sessions
Previous extraction sessions are saved and can be browsed. This lets you revisit earlier imports and re-import products you may have skipped initially.
