The Library is your company's saved product list. Save a product once and use it on any job.
What it is
Click Library in the sidebar. The page is called Product Library. It is shared across all projects, so you don't need to pick a project. Each product keeps its cut sheet, part numbers, cost, sell price, category, and tags.
When you edit a Library product, future submittals use the new info. Packages you already sent do not change.
Find products
- Type in the search box to find by name, part number, or manufacturer. Press / to jump to it.
- Use the left side to filter: All products, Added this month, Used in projects, or by manufacturer and category.
- Under NEEDS ATTENTION, find products with No cut sheet, No pricing, or No part numbers.
- Use the sort menu to Group by manufacturer, sort by name, cost, margin, or recently added.
Click a product to open a side panel. It shows the cut sheet, description, part numbers, where it is used, and pricing.
Add products
- Add product — upload a cut sheet PDF and type in the details.
- Import with AI — upload cut sheets, a quote, or a schedule. The AI reads every line. See "Library Import Products."
- Import from cloud — pick PDFs from Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive.
- Save from a project — on the Products page, select products and click Save to Library.
Use Library products on a job
- Check the products you need.
- Click Add to project in the bar at the bottom.
- Pick the project and a quantity. Click Add.
The Builder also checks your Library first. Matches show a My Library tag. You can also say "use my library" in the chat.
Library agent
Click Library agent at the bottom right. You can upload a price list or product sheet, and it adds the products for you. You can also ask it to find, fix, or sort saved products. It shows you what it found, and you say yes before it saves anything.
Edit or remove
- Open a product's ⋯ menu and pick Edit or Remove.
- Or select one product and use Edit product in the bottom bar.
- You can remove one product at a time.
Common questions
Is the Library shared with my team?
Yes. Everyone in your company sees the same Library.
Does deleting a project delete Library products?
No. The Library is separate from projects.
