The Notes & Activity card lets your team leave notes on a product page.
Add a note
- Open the product from the Products page.
- Find the Notes & Activity card.
- Type in Add a note...
- Press Enter, or click the Add note button.
Use Shift + Enter to start a new line in the same note.
What gets saved
- Each note is saved on the product.
- The newest note is at the top.
- Each note shows who wrote it and when.
- Everyone on your team sees the same notes.
Notes on a part number
To leave a note on one part number, click the part number and use Notes or Warning. See "Manage Part Numbers."
Common questions
Can I edit or delete a note?
Not yet. Add a new note to correct an old one.
Do product notes print on the submittal?
No. They are for your team only.
