Procurement Settings

The Procurement Agent Settings page controls the agent's checks and the automatic emails for your active project.

How to open it

  1. Pick your project first. The settings are for that project only.
  2. Go to the /procurement-settings page. Type it at the end of the app's web address.

There is no button for this page on the Procurement page yet. For most email schedules, you can use Configure in the Recurring Status Email box on the Procurement Log tab instead.

What you can set

Agent Configuration

  • Enable Procurement Agent — the agent checks items for issues, lead times, and past-due dates.
  • Lead Time Alert Threshold (days) — how many days ahead to warn you about a ship date.

Recurring Email

  • Enable Recurring Emails — send status updates on a schedule.
  • Send Schedule (read-only) — shows the morning, midday, and evening send times.
  • Recipients — who gets the email.
  • Email Subject Template — type {project} to put in the project name.
  • Items to Include — All items in the log, or Only items with issues or updates.
  • Custom Recurring Email Prompt — tell the AI how to write the email.

Follow-Up Email

  • Custom Follow-Up Email Prompt — tell the AI how to write follow-up emails about log items.

Email Repository

Email addresses are saved here each time you send a follow-up email. Click the x on an address to remove it.

Agent Actions

Click Run Agent Now to check all items right away. When the agent is on, it also runs by itself.

Save your changes

Click Save Settings at the top or bottom of the page.

Common questions

Is this the same as the Procurement Agent chat bar? No. The chat bar does tasks you ask for. This page sets up checks and emails that run on their own.
