Each submittal has a status that shows where it is in review.
The six statuses
| Status | Color | What it means |

| Pending Review | Orange | The submittal is waiting for review. Every new submittal starts here. |
| Reviewed | Blue | Someone has looked at it, but there is no final answer yet. |
| No Exceptions Taken | Green | The reviewer accepts it as is. |
| Make Corrections Noted | Green | The reviewer accepts it, but you must make the fixes they marked. |
| Revise & Resubmit | Amber | Make the changes, then send a new revision. |
| Rejected | Red | The reviewer does not accept it. |
Labels by region
The last four labels change with your company's region.

Pending Review and Reviewed are the same in every region. To change your region, see "Region and language."
Change a status
You can do it in three places:
- The register. On the Submittals page, click the status badge on a row. Pick a new status.
- The detail panel. Open the submittal. On the Overview tab, use the Status menu.
- The Submittals agent. Ask it, like "set WC-1 to revise & resubmit." It asks you to confirm first.
The app saves the change right away.
Status for each product
Each product in a submittal can have its own status too. Open the submittal and go to the Products tab. Use the menu on each product card. These product statuses print on the product summary page.
Show only some statuses
On the Submittals page, click Filters. Check the statuses you want to see. You can also use Group by and pick Status.
Common questions
Where are Pending, In Review, and Approved?
Those old statuses were replaced by the six above. Old ones now show as the closest match. For example, Approved shows as No Exceptions Taken.
Why do I see Status A instead of No Exceptions Taken?
Your region is set to the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. They mean the same thing. Status A is No Exceptions Taken. You can change your region in Settings. See "Region & Language."
