Submittals

What it does

The Submittals page lets you create, manage, and track construction submittals for your project. A submittal is a package of product data sheets submitted to architects, engineers, or general contractors for approval.

Viewing submittals

• Submittals are listed with their name, status, date, and author.
• Use the tabs to filter by status: All, Pending, Approved, In Review, or Rejected.
• Click any submittal to navigate to the Submittal Review page for detailed editing and review.

Creating submittals

There are several ways to create a submittal:

• Manual creation — click "Create Submittal" and fill in the form with submittal details and select products.
• Upload & Extract — upload an existing submittal PDF and let AI extract the products.
• From Products page — select products in bulk and click "Create Submittal".
